A Walk Through Time

Port Sydney, located on beautiful Mary Lake, offers a warm welcome and many attractions for visitors.  This village is a busy place all year round and there is a great spirit of volunteerism alive and active.   Visitors will enjoy visiting the Scenic Dam located on Ontario Street or take  ‘A Walk Through Time’  and see the many historic buildings in the village, some dating back to the 1800’s – Don’t miss the Knox United Church building on your walk.  Stop for an ice cream at Zanetti’s General Store and chat to the locals.  Visit Indian Landing at the junction of Muskoka Road 10 & South Mary Lake Road – this is the finish line for the Lions Club Annual Duck Race.  Enjoy fine local dining at the Trillium Resort & Spa, Pine Lodge Inn, Mary’s Lakeside Grill and Muskoka Lunchbox Café & Bakery.  Great accommodation is also available – check out the local Port Sydney/Utterson & Area Chamber of Commerce website for accommodation listings – www.portsydneycofc.com
Come back in the summer, fall and winter and enjoy the many activities that Port Sydney has to offer.
Port Sydney, a great place to live, work and play!
